Jobs@Brightfish: National Sales Manager/ Head of Data & Digital Marketing

As Head of Data & Digital Marketing, you are in charge of all things data at Brightfish – monitoring cinema admissions, advertising sales and profiling/forecasting movies. You are in charge of our sales automation platform, running lead generation and nurturing campaigns on digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google,..) and off-line channels (the big screen,..) You are the super user of Zoho – our CRM system that you use to track and improve results of the marketing campaigns and to design and implement marketing & sales automation processes.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience in one of the following areas: CRM- management, marketing automation, performance marketing, social media marketing or e-commerce.
• You speak Dutch and French fluently. English is a nice-to-have.
• You are enthousiastic, pleasant, driven, pro-active and quite lovable.
• You are very data-driven and numbers are your jam.
• You have a soft spot for movies (or, at least, the medium of Cinema)

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a National Sales Manager you will help sell advertising space on the Big Screen. You’ll forge relationships with direct clients and agencies all across the country. Aside from this, you will also be on the lookout for new clients that haven’t yet discovered the magic of cinema advertising. You’ll work in a very dedicated team of sales professionals. You’ll be surrounded by team players and all-around good folk. Communication is your game, smooth (co-)operation your passion. You’ll be responsible for every aspect of the sales process, from start to finish.

PROFILE

• You have at least 3 years of experience in (media) sales.
• You speak Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of French.
• You are enthusiastic, pleasant, driven, pro-active and quite lovable.
• Schedules, calendars, follow-ups and deadlines are your jam.
• You love working in a team, but can function just as well on your own.
• For you, it’s all about solutions, never about problems.
